‘TIME’
A music video I co-directed and shot with George Harper for our band’s first single ‘Time’. The vision for this was to reflect the inner dialogue of the lyrics with the visuals.
This video is a case study of making do with what you have, an example of how constraints can stir creativity and out of the box thinking. For equipment, we solely used a camera with an underwater housing. With the help of some friends we were able to produce this video.
‘MIRRORS’
Vol. X is a band consisting of my mate George Harper and myself. We started writing music during the lockdown after we met as neighbors. Passing the time quickly turned into making music. Over several months, our passion project turned into writing a few songs together that we eventually released on Spotify.
Both of us being passionate about films, were set on making a video for some of our songs. For this film, we had the amazing opportunity to film in Barcelona, Spain with our good friends Will and Oliver. Will Harper was our talent and Oliver Grenna graciously filmed and edited the project.
Our vision for the video was for the audience to be a fly on the wall as we followed a man dealing with obvious, yet unnamed, struggles.
